Listed below are the scenarios of failed login and the solutions to rectify the errors.
1. The below error tells us that as per the password policy, the current password have expired. It can be reset using the 'Forgot Password' link on the Login page.
2. The below error occurs when either the username / password is incorrect. Also possible that the user trying to login is not added to the portal. In such case user can reach out to the portal admin and validate if they have been added to the portal, revalidate their username and try again. In case password is incorrect, it can be reset using the 'Forgot Password' link on the Login page.
