Reopening a Task

  • 1. On the dashboard please select the due date of the task in from date and to date (in case of a single task/in case of multiple task you can select the task due date range) and click on apply

     

    2. The chart below would give the data for the selected date period. Please click on the particular category where the task is available based on the current provided status.

     

    3. Alternatively you can click any of the category and then go on the total count, filter the compliance title, check the current status and then go the specific category.

     

    4. Once the task is filtered in the specific category. There will be a sign (highlighted in below screenshot) available in the status status column along with the status of the task. Please click on the sign to reopen the task.

     

    5. It will ask for confirmation, once confirmed, the system will generate a pop up stating the task has been successfully reopened.
